I have had the pleasure of dealing with Lee. Jordan and Jade. Each time the experience has been professional, friendly and smooth. Storage King offers great value for money and the staff always go out of their way to go that extra mile.

Good location with parking and plenty of options for storage at reasonable prices. I've used them on more than one occasion and was pleased with the customer service. Steph at the front office was particularly helpful. Will use again in the future.

Highly recommended, transparent, easy to work with, and highly proffessional!  Wonderful highly skilled staff team at Safestore Nottingham. Declan, one of the store managers, went out of his way to listen to our needs and find the right solution for our arts charity: Salamanda Tandem. We depend on storage to reduce costs down so that our money goes to the people who need it.  Central safestore office support also brilliant.  Safestore Nottingham are v well located, with an accessible load in area, goods lifts and clean well kept storage units.  Storage is a difficult area of work, and customer service is literally everything, people can be really stressed when trying to move belongings or downsize, and its difficult to make the right decisions especially in January as we tried to do! Safestore helped us, just when we needed it. Thank you to all your team.

I paid for a locker a month in advance but on arrival on 16/7/22,  I was given a cage and the manager had no courtesy to tell me that all lockers were fully booked when he called me on the day. I didn't get any apology from manager whilst there apart from the receptionist who was very nice and apologetic about the situation. I am truly disappointed with the service and will not use them again or recommend them.

I wanted a storage unit specially for the size of my consignment and was met by a lovely girl called steph. She went over and beyond her working time to make sure my requirements were met. She's a credit to Safestore

I filled out a form on their website just to get a quote and had to put my details in. I did that 4 days ago and have had 2 missed calls blocked their number after the second one, 4 emails and a text. Leave me alone!

I have had the very best experience at Safestore from the beginning. Very friendly and helpful staff who took the time to locate the best unit for my belongings and also helped me to remove some items at the end of my storage time with them . The manager,  Nigel and his team , which includes Tania, Declan and Steff, have been invaluable in their kindness and genuine help as I am elderly and was finding the whole business of downsizing and moving very stressful. Thanks to Safestore , all is now sorted.  I'm very grateful and highly recommend this company.

A nice and safe self storage without any issues. I would recommend it to friends and family.
