We have had 4 bay windows and 2 smaller windows replaced over the last 4 days. From start to finish the job has been 1st class. The fitters arrived on time every morning and were very friendly and polite. The windows look fantastic. I wanted a Georgian bar along the top of the windows, but was told by another company that this wouldn't be possible, due to the bays being different sizes. Dave spent time to look at the possibilities and assured me it could be done. I'm delighted with the result. I highly recommend Safe Seal NE Ltd. What a brilliant job.
Great company. Manager came and measured up, three weeks later and I’ve just had the lads for my upstairs windows. Done a great job. Efficient and very tidy. All mess removed. First class
We have just had the pleasure of dealing with Safeseal. David the owner came out to give us a quote and was very helpful and professional. We had alot of quotes but I have to say that David was the best of the bunch, he fills you with the security and confidence that the jobs going to be done in a professional manner. Sure enough after 3 days with John and Paul our windows and doors are complete. The job is fantastic and there was no mess. They clean and hoover up after and make sure the job is a good one. We can not thank them enough. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Fab job lads thank you.
Had a new patio door and entire fitting replaced in late December 2023, as whatever was previously installed was drafty and letting in water. Waited until we'd had a few bouts of bad weather just so that I could see how the SafeSeal doors handled it and I'm pleased to say they're working perfectly. The guarantees they place on their work also feel generous and they don't shy away from making sure you're aware of them before the work starts. Payment is only taken once you've confirmed you're happy which I feel is a trusting way of working. Overall great professional work, would recommend to others.
We had new doors and windows fitted about 6 or 7 years ago. They did a very good job but we have since had to contact them 2 or 3 times due to the front door lock sticking. The after sales service has been excellent with a quick response each time. Thanks very much to Danny and the team.
What a fantastic Company this is !!, I got Dave, one of the owners out initially to give us the price which we were Very happy with. Dave explained that they were busy a good sign and availability dates, we also popped into their local showroom to check out the work first hand which was great to be able to do with Danny, who kept us up to date with fitting dates too due to recent storms.. We decided to go ahead with the company with Dave insisting no money is paid until we were 100% satisfied with the work.. also confirming insurance guarantee with F.E.N.S.A Certificate process.. Fitting teams great, couldn't do enough to answer any question or query and cleaned up after themselves each day. So overall we are thrilled with the work carried out to an extremely high standard and have no hesitation in Recommending Safe Seal North East to any potential customer. We don't think you will be disappointed, Wer'e not !!. Thanks To Dave, Danny & the fitting crews. Great Job lads...
We have just had new windows n doors last month from safe seal north east. The two fitters john and Steven were absolutely fabulous, very professional and efficient. Price quoted was very competitive compared to well known companies. Would recommend 100%.had a couple of little issues but these wre sorted straightaway .
I have just had windows, patio doors, composite front door and locks renewed by SafeSeal. I was very impressed with everything from the planning with Dave, updates by Danny and the fantastic job done by Neil and Stephen. Thanks so much they look great. Great quality, excellent value, highly recommended. Would definitely use SafeSeal again.
Good selection of doors in showroom, given lots of information on styles and colours, staff helpful, very competative quote given. Would recommend.
Had a composite door fitted today. Very pleased with the work done as have used previously. Dan kept me updated when the weather effected the fitting date. The 2 guys left the porch tidy. Definitely recommend.
