Sacred Heart Catholic Church

I was baptised here by the late Canon Denis RIP in 2009 who was good and helpful. I suggested to him that he might want to replace the risen Christ "crucifix" with one showing Our Lord suffering. In relation to the church Canon Denis told me "the whole thing is hideous" but that he could not do anything about it due to the red tape of the parish committee etc. Aside from the protestant architecture and interior I have found the incumbent parish deacon most judgemental, uncharitable and unhelpful as I have the priest from Shefford who was responsible for this church when I went to see him following the sad passing of Canon Denis in 2015. The priest from Shefford has since been replaced by one from Leighton Buzzard who is much more understanding, however the same deacon remains.
