Knowledgeable, helpful, empathetic, efficient and professional - everything you would want from someone explaining complex legal matters to a lay person. I would heartily recommend this business to any interested parties.

Went in to get a confirmation of true likeness of my photo is, which is basically a scan of my document and a signature and was told that it would cost £90 pounds. Went to solicitors in Grays town center and paid £5. Total rip off.

Have had dealings with Sackvilles before as did my Mother before very accomodating and helpful a solicitors office as to be expected cluttered with paperwork but Mr Norrington is a very jovial friendly knowledgeable chap
