S. Webb & Son... We came to you over 8 years ago for my grandad and you were amazing then. So for us to have to come to you again to arrange my nans it was hard for us. You are an absolutely amazing team. You welcomed us like old friends and you made it as painless as it could be. You are more than devoted and have done everything we asked. You showed my nan, grandad and my family great respect. So from our family to yours we would like to say a massive thank you for everything you have done for us and we are truly grateful. Thank you. Webb’s had previously looked after my Dad and my Mom so when my Aunt passed it was only right to go to Webb’s again and they didn’t disappoint. Yet again, we were looked after by a kind caring and professional team. I can not recommend Webb’s enough to anyone faced with arranging a funeral you can rest assured your loved ones are in safe hands. I would just like to say a huge thankyou on behalf of myself, my brother ,sister & our family & friends to everyone at Webb's Wednesbury. Right from Sandy helping us arrange our mom's funeral, talking through everything with us to make everything perfect for our mom.Then Keith looking after her in the Chapel of rest,then the funeral itself the lads made sure everything was perfect & dignified. The professionalism of each & every member of staff was exemplary & we will be forever grateful to you .Webb's Wednesbury i certainly would highly recommend this funeral directors,& us as a family wouldn't go any where else,knowing we are in such good hands with this outstanding family company.
We were looked after wonderfully by the amazing people at Webbs, they cannot do enough for you, they look after you and your loved one like it’s a family member of there own. We had a horse and carriage and it was absolutely beautiful my Nan was driven in style to her funeral and it was beautiful from start to finish. You could not ask for more from them they go above and beyond and more than that they care for you and your loved one they are helping you say goodbye to. Thank you all so much
My Family have always used Webb's for every funeral we have ever had to plan. We honestly could not fault one thing with any of the services, they were all completed in a professional manner, which each and every person working at Webb's being friendly, professional and sympathetic to us all, they helped us all feel at ease and took the strain off us when we were all grieving. Thank you Webb's for all you have done and continue to do to support families in their time of need.
Webbs were so lovely for my mom, I knew she would be looked after. From the moment we called they were all so kind Sandy arranged the service and kay helped with our visual display and called me to make sure it was perfect, and answered all our questions . On the day Toby was lovely to us, it was so nice to feel that they really cared about mom and the send off she had. We can't thank them enough
Webbs have looked after my Nan and Grandad and more recently my Dad and Sister. I cannot fault their care and attention and absolutely nothing is too much trouble for them to do and always with great sensitivity and respect at such a difficult time . Kay especially has been so helpful and accommodating . I would highly recommend them ! Very professional and caring service . Thankyou to you all at Webbs ... so grateful to you all xx
Thank you all so very much for a very exceptional, professional, dignified service for our mother Mary Davies. The Horse and Carriage looked magnificent and it truly was a sight to see and remember. Jonathan, Avril, Sandy and team took care of everything, constantly re-assuring us along the way. The family highly recommend S Webb & Son to take all the worries out of what is an extremely emotional and difficult time for anyone. If we could give 10 stars, we would. When my husband passed away, my son and I knew we wanted to use a long standing, local, family business, so turned to Webbs for help. From the first phone call, through the service and to today when Toby brought my husband's ashes home, we could not fault them. Kay and Tim answered all my questions, took the whole process on, we didn't need to do a thing. Toby drove us on the day and was kind, caring and professional.
