I used this SSS Removal company to transport a pottery kiln as they appeared professional, although not the cheapest quote I obtained. However the service they provided was highly unsatisfactory. The goods were delivered at night in the dark, so I was not aware that they had damaged the kiln. When I contacted SSS Removals to inform them that it was an insurance claim,  the ‘owner’  responded  by saying that I was a liar and a cheat, that he knew where I lived and that he had friends in my neighbourhood who would break all my windows. Use them at your own risk. I have reported them to the police.

The biggest mistake!

Quotation made without checking if van is big enough to carry goods. 
One and half hour late.
Boss with hernia, cant carry anything (expecting you to help his employers???)
Six hours to pack Ford Transit!!! (all stuff in boxes)
Cars advertised on website does not exist (its not removal company, but man with van)
Quotation increased from 400 (have pre-contract on the paper) to 800 after packing van up. Threaten that will steal all furnitures if not paid. Cooled down when warned that I shall call police. 
No invoice!!! but will tell you that can issue one. 
Disassembled furnitures without permission and repacked them to different van. Sofa covered in engine oil, broken gear hook in bicycle. 
No ANY information where are his employee and your furnitures (arrived 8 hours late). 

Generally speaking avoid for all cost! Very bad service! 
Invoice not provided (asked 2 times, owner does not answer phone later). Primary school pupils are more professional on their projects than this so called company on removal service.
