SGH is great and wonderful to work with as long as there are no issues in your building. Condo owner here.  We had a large assessment and SGH gave us 10 days to come up with tens of thousands of dollars, or have it added to our condo fee with five figure interest. We knew we were having an assessment some time in the year but were given no details and only 10 days' notice, and no information about any interest until then. On another note our building has a rodent infestation right now. It has been going on for months.  Admittedly, when I first saw one I thought is was a rat.  SGH was happy to put their usual positive spin on it, it's not rats, it's mice. Even after multiple sightings in my condo within a few days, they took a really long time to respond.  Then it took days for them to send pest control each time.  When I informed them that there was again rodents in my condo they offered to send pest control 5 calendar days later. Now the mice are just going from unit to unit. I called the emergency number this weekend and no one ever called me back.

I have been dealing with Wendy and her company for the past 15 years. I find them to be outstanding on returning emails and phone calls within hours. If you have any issues Wendy is not afraid to take it on and come up with a positive solution. I deal with other management companies with my other properties and SGH is at the top of the list for what you want in a property management company.

Having been a tenant for more than two years, I can say that SGH is the most professional and competent management with whom I have worked in my 36 years living on my own. Issues with the apartment are always dealt with quickly and completely. The staff are friendly and responsive.

Sharon is horribly unresponsive to maintenance and/or billing requests. Property manager will give you a horrible landlord reference if you ever pay rent a couple days late. Terrible company to deal with.

Horrible company.  I've been trying to get information from them regarding upcoming construction on my building and they won't answer any calls or emails.  Incredibly unprofessional.

Having been in industry for 30 years . I cant think of a more professional company.   All questions answered in a timely manner and always follow up. Thank you

awful company. They are not professional, not efficient. Ask us to fill in the same paperwork multiple times.
