Hate is harsh, extremely disappointed is more accurate.  Got a floor piece up from our current floor to see of they were able to match it and they ended up loosing it.  So we now have flooring with a piece missing.  Would not reccomend and will not be using.

Absolutely brilliant and attentive staff who are very friendly.  A wide range of products in which the staff are very knowledgeable in.  Great customer service right from the beginning up until well after our carpets and hard flooring were fitted. Definately well recommended.
