Would like to thank fix it of porth for replacing my front windscreen and side glass of my BMW AND ELECTRIC MIRROR , tha staff are very professional, they kept me informed of how everything was going they even juggled a more suitable courtesy car for my mothers needs , thanks to all involved especially Lisa who was fab , would highly recommend very professional business
I was extremely impressed with the service provided. Communication was excellent throughout, with timely text updates regarding arrival, progress, and collection of my vehicle. The repairs were carried out to the highest standard, including restoration of the rear panel, exhaust cover, rear bumper assembly, lower bumper crossmember, and centrepiece panelling. The surface paintwork was polished to perfection, leaving the finish immaculate. My car was returned in outstanding condition, having been both cleaned and polished. Overall, this was an exceptional service and I would highly recommend this company without hesitation.
Fantastic service. Communication throughout was great regular updates. Dropped my car at 9:30am with my hire car due to arrive at 10:00am but decided to show up at 14:00pm. The whole staff were very helpful whilst I waited with my two young boys. Highly recommend.
Recently had my Vauxhall Mokka repaired at Fix Auto Pontypridd. Great service from start to finish. Progress updates provided on what’s app which was great and also meant super easy to contact and ask questions without having to pick up the phone. Thank you all.
Had a nasty bump so didn't know what tw expect seeing the car again, it looks incredible they have done a great job! Had to leave this review before leaving with my car it's well deserved.
