I've always had a great experience with SB Computers. I bought my first gaming PC from them in 2016, with almost no issues. Recently, I asked them to build a new PC for me, and they did it very quickly. When I had an audio issue and called just before closing, the technician kindly offered to troubleshoot it on his way home. He was friendly and very quick to fix the issue. Really appreciate the service.
Great place, great customer service. I've been in twice - one to look around, one to purchase a new graphics card which is serving me well. Super-friendly and happy to help and provide tips too.
It's brilliant having a store nearby that you can see what your looking for before you buy it. I have had a few devices from here now, including devices bought for company use. The staff are mega friendly and incredibly helpful, so should you have a techy issue or just looking for the next pc, monitor, peripheral, then SB Computers will be able to help.
Finally a proper computer shop, fantastic staff with real knowledge. Friend from work recommended them and I'll have to buy him a beer now as it's made my day to find this place.
Fantastic service! Great price, help and friendly guys on the desk. Tech Morgan is really friendly and has helped me out a few times and is always clear with what he thinks the issue is. would always take over big companies.
My old laptop was past it sell by date and was running so slowly, so I decided to upgrade. The staff were so helpful. They explained I needed my new laptop fairly quickly as my son had work to complete for his A levels, so the staff stayed late to try and get me up and running. It took a little longer, but the next morning they called to say everything had been transferred to the new laptop and it was ready to collect. Excellent service and helpful staff.
Brought in a PC for repair and they were able to get it diagnosed and repaired in ~30mins. Couldn't have been more helpful and highly recommend the service provided. Definitely use again.
Great service. I ordered a Crowpi L laptop case for Raspberry Pi which arrived well packed. It was the wrong version so SB Components arranged the return and sent me the right one easy mistake to make as the manufacturer version label is minuscule!. Can’t ask for any more from a supplier! I have bought from them before - as well as their website, it looks like they also sell through eBay and Amazon - and everything I’ve purchased has been good quality eg micro HDMI to full size HDMI. Would definitely recommend.
This place is great, SB helped me with diagnosing my hardware issues on multiple occasions and saved me a lot of headache. Friendly knowledgeable staff! Great disabled access too - which is really useful if you are carrying in a heavy tower pc in for inspection, I literally hit the large 'open door' button with my behind : Hopefully I don't have any hardware issues again, but if i do i am coming back to SB!
