Shocking standard of workmanship. I am having to redecorate one of the rooms they have just finished. They were appointed by the insurance for subsidence work. After reading reviews on Google, I emailed both SA Platt and the insurance to express my concerns. Got no response . Avoid this company.
Avoid at all costs, our insurance company appointed them, joiner and painter absolutely fine, plasterers however appeared to be on day release from a home for partially sighted alcoholics and my wife refused to let the plumber in the house he was so rude
We had two simultaneous insurance claims both involving a plasterer with a laborer and a decorator. Both trades were of the highest quality workmanship, and their treatment of our family and our home were exemplary. The results were excellent and both went beyond what we expected when it came to tidying up after their work. Would highly recommend both of these trades within SA Platt.
Who ever was driving that S A Platt van coming out of Langford Road Junction into Cornville Bucknall at 5.20 ,14th Oct clearly does not care about cyclists. Great Ambassador for their company.
S A Platts rebuilt our living room after a car crashed into it. As with all builders there were a few teething problems but the end result is Top notch and we would recommend them. The communication from our contact was consistent and very prompt. Thank you all.
poor quality work especially for the money they are asking. would defo not recommend, on the contrary stay away from them. they just subcontracted jobs for what we needed doing. ruthless in how they operate using the cheapest quality materials. we had them do a few jobs for us, barely done half at which point we asked them to stop and they still made a claim to the small courts for the full amount of money on the initial quote, even though they had not carried out the job to the end!
If you have any pride in your home, don’t use this company. Had 3 rooms done through my insurance all to a poor standard. Phoned my insurance to advise them After 7 months trying to put things right I did not want them coming back.
