Friendly place,good old fish and chips well cooked or even cooked to your own asking. I do like they're steak n kidney pie. Sometimes if it's busy you can have a little wait. The main owner is great and knows how to deal with folk and gets your order done in one go without repeating it...alongside he's a nice guy. Good old food,cooked well and served friendly...apart from the odd waiting time
Appalling service. Rang numerous times and that's an understatement. At one point they spoke to me for 2 minutes and then hung up Waited over 2 hours for a delivery then insisted that we are lying. Obviously my families dinner was either delivered to somewhere else or they just lied. Money was finally refunded 2 days later by Just Eat. Awful experience. Would not recommend asking for a delivery. I cant comment about the food as I didn't get to taste it.
There are better chippies nearby. Thick doughy batter, chips not crispy enough, and they put the vinegar only on the fish and not the chips? Maybe I got them at a bad time, but would not revisit.Food: 2/5
Liars. Rude and terrible service. Lied repeatedly on phone, Didn’t seem to have the order, lied regarding delivery time from its 5 mins away to driver stuck in traffic when then us none. This not the first time we’ve had terrible service from this firm. Mistake using them on Uber Eats. They should be removed from all apps. Avoid. Go out and buy elsewhere or choose another restaurant.
I don't like to give bad reviews,but after being a regular for years,the service and quality has dropped significantly,I'm sorry but it just ain't good no more,staff look like they don't want to be there and food isnt the best,Food: 3/5

Just had supper. The fish and chips were freshly cooked and hot. The shop is very clean and I recommend this chippy to all.
Over cooked food. Took back tried to justify by taking the same pre cooked dry food bare handed from wherever. DO NOT USE EVER
I would have given it no stars if I could. Went there today. Got a donner kebab. The guy had started cutting my meat off the donner grill without it being on so I kindly asked if it was hot he replied yes only just turned it off before you walked in. No questions asked I believed. After waiting 5 minutes hes put my meat in the pitta then put in the MICROWAVE. So I asked did you just put my kebab in a microwave he said its a machine for texture...I said tell me the truth did you put it in a microwave he replied yes. On top of that I only asked for onions and I magically got all salad. Waste of money. If I want a microwave kebab I'll go get the £1 from Iceland. as a customer I believe in paying money for good food not to be microwaved or lied too. I recommend do not waste your money. The village chip shop hillingdon is worth it just not open Sundays.
Very bad service when getting it delivered cold chips ordered over an hour ago and still no food very bad indeed
