I hired a van from Ryans and was impressed with the newness and cleanliness of the vehicle. Imagine how devastated I was when I spilt white paint in the back ! I managed then to get paint everywhere ( even on the seats) trying to mop it up. I returned the van and Phil was very calm and said he would get it sorted. Despite the mess I was amazed and delighted to be charged a very fair amount from my deposit for valeting the van . I found Ryans didn't take advantage of the accident and that needs to be said as its really important to know you will be treated fairly when these things happen
