Was due to come over at 3.30. Heard nothing. Chased at 5.45 and said he was running 45 minutes late. Had no missed calls on either mobile or landline and despite saying signal was poor where I live, no email either. Tried to call again at 6.30 to see where he was. Had my address and yet said he tried to call because he couldn't find it and left. Couldn't have tried very hard and a waste of my time. Avoid.

So grateful to Ryan for coming to our rescue when our immersion heater stopped working, which meant we had no hot water. Ryan came to view the job the same evening that we phoned him, and returned the following morning to do the work. He completed it within the time frame he'd estimated and at the cost he'd quoted. Ryan is very pleasant (and even put up with our yappy dog with great good humour). Would definitely recommend Ryan, and will definitely use his services again if we ever need to. Thanks Ryan for a great job :)
