Shannon was very engaging from the door opened, explained everything in detail and went through the process...step by step....when she explained that she would need to sample the hair from different areas and do a patch test and then what the laser would be like....I was terrified  as I DONT DO PAIN!!!! lol ....But she made me feel at ease to the ACTUAL point of trusting her....which I'm glad I did....and then there was the matter of the payment.. ..which I made straight away even though I could have paid Instalments can't wait for the sessions to start and to see the difference
