Their telephone system is the worst ever.nIt's not been programmed right. When you call in you should be put in a queue and move through the queue.nDoctor's are good and so is the reception
Getting an appointment is brutal to be honest but once you have an appointment its not too bad my nurse was lovely to me listened to me and helped me
I was at Podiatry Clinic having my toe nail removed. The procedure was carried out by two lovely ladies, Kate and Claire and was over before I knew it. The podiatrists were very professional but very friendly too. They kept me occupied whilst the procedure was ongoing. Maybe that was why it appeared to be so quick. If I'd to score this visit, it would definitely get top marks, 100%.
I was treated badly today, June 13, I wanted sick leave, my arm was broken, they didn't want to give me a medical certificate, they just issued the old one, my right arm was sick in May, I had a job problem, they didn't want to recognize my old sick leave, so at the end the doctor threw me out the door, it's impossible to treat patients like that, my hand is sick. broken no happy
registered as a patient here 2 years ago when i first moved down to glasgow, had to actually book an appointment recently, was told i wasnt a patient and couldnt have been since they didnt take patients from my postcode? there was no issues when i was registering and i even had a checkup appointment with a nurse when i first registered. really poor show. woman on the phone was also pretty rude saying i mustve moved and not told them ect. even after i informed her i had not, totally mishandled
