Lovely food, nicely presented. Relaxed atmosphere. We enjoyed our dinner. Service was friendly, but they need to pay more attention to customers who have finished their meal and want to pay.
Lovely restaurant located on the high street of Broadway. We found the dishes well presented and delicious. 25-35£. The wine list is appropriate with some lesser known vin by the glass. 8£ espresso at the end, 4£ Allow an hour to wander around the high street after your lunch. Park behind the restaurant in the Co-op car park and then retrieve a parking “pass” from the restaurant to put in the dash. ///mining.voucher.enjoys Be aware the car park is pretty limited albeit, if you have the time- use one of the car parks around town.
Food is very disappointing for the cost. Octopus was over-cooked chewy and chocolate dessert had very little taste. For the price, you can have a much better meal elsewhere.
Absolutely excellent meal enjoyed on NYE. Food was amazing, venue was class. Our waiter Matthew was a great host. Highly recommend if you are in Broadway.
If you are in Broadway and need somewhere to eat make sure you consider Russell’s. The food is excellent, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant is a lovely place for a meal. It is always good to book ahead but the staff will try and accommodate you if you just drop in. Also, well worth considering is Russell’s Fish & Chips which is behind the main restaurant.
Our first time at this wonderful hotel.. Won't be our last.. all staff were very helpful and customer service first class our room was perfect ..bed was delightful.. the honesty bar was a genius addition.. thank you Colin & Wendy -- Malvern Rooms: Bed extremely comfortable all needs thought of.. housekeeping first class Food & drinks: Best espresso martini I've had in a while Noteworthy details: Honesty bar was just perfect and prices reasonable... Vegetarian options: I noticed a good selection of vegetarian dishes available.. Parking: We had no difficulty parking behind the hotel .. staff helpful with advice on how to locate parking spots
Amazing food and service they realy do deserve that Michelin Plate. Staff where friendly, food was delicious and just the right portions. I was a bit too I to the food in the end and didn't take pictures of dessert. Great time great restaurant.Service: 5/5
Excellent on a number is dimensions.. a friendly welcome by the owner a good team of staff both efficient and friendly. Great food from a good chef. Very comfortable bedroom. This is a very well thought out, customer focussed offering. The hotel even has a Russell's quality fish & chips restaurant on site and this was excellent as well. We had a lovely short stay and happy to rate 5*.
Stayed for one night, rooms were amazing, clean and very spacious. Food on the evening was definitely Michelin star worthy. Yes the prices are more expensive but you get what you pay for. Breakfast was amazing all staff were lovely. Definitely be returning. Only gripe, the regulars seem to get more attentive service.
We stayed at Russell’s for two nights and we weren’t disappointed, as soon as we arrived we had a lovely welcome from Andrew who informed us that he upgraded our room for us, when we saw the room we were so pleased it was very spacious, super king size bed, lovely bathroom and very clean. Breakfast was lovely and we were so glad it was until 10am as we are not early risers. All staff were so lovely and welcoming. We unfortunately didn’t get to dine at the hotel on a evening due to it not being open they days we arrived, but we would love to try next time we are in Broadway. We really enjoyed our stay at Russell’s and there was nothing we didn’t like, we will be back very soon and have recommend this hotel to friends and family.
