I found Lauren on Instagram and decided she was worth the 2 hour drive to trust with my colour, I wasn’t wrong and each time I’ve been so happy. Since then I’ve trusted her with my daughters first colour and wow, she is incredible. All the girls are welcoming and they have natural blonde requests perfected . 5 * doesn’t seem enough!Service: Hair coloring
If you're hoping for a relaxed experience with professional hairdressers..steer clear of here! No offer of a drink at all. Asked to move more than once to free up space for other clients. They over book so as to make as much money as possible i presume. The experience is rushed and not at all relaxing. Hair brushed hard and fast and no real conversation or eye contact even. The salon is really run down. Clumps of hair stuck under chair wheels and dye stains. Had to do own patch test and the test tube was really mucky. Peeling paint and just messy. Hairdressers more interested in the dog belonging to one of them than the clients left waiting in uncomfortable chairs. Had to ask to move from wash basin as neck was hurting. I'd been moved there from my original chair due to my hairdresser starting to work on another client in my chair. The colour was nothing at all special. Insta photos of beautifully held up hair are what keeps this business afloat. They do not represent the reality at all. Please don't fall for it. Know that it isn't the way you should be treated when spending such a lot of money for a service. Great pics do not a great hairdressers make.

Fabulous salon, fabulous girls! Nothing is too much to ask for, I travel 2.5 hours from Birmingham to get my hair done by Lauren! After box dying my hair black for 10 years they have managed to lighten it with no damage. They really are angels!
Absolutely awful service. Rude girls with a horrible atmosphere, almost like being back at school. Avoid at all cost.
A fabulous salon of incredibly talented hairdressers. April has built an incredible reputation for her colour work, especially her balyage and colour repair - she really works wonders. Book early as all of the hairdressers here are extremely busy and in high demand. They are also incredibly reasonably priced compared to the big named hairdresser chains and 100% better in my experience.
The wait for this place usually about a month or more. But I was so chuffed when I had my Balayage done, it was done so quickly and professionally! All I said was I wanted a sun kissed look and we talked it through and that was exactly what I got. Thank you!
