Special thanks to Amanda Connor and Paula Boardman who were both absolutely brilliant from the initial consultation to the end of the case. 
They dealt with our family matter in the most professional way possible.
All correspondence were dealt efficiently and very effectively this includes emails and telephone calls. 

I highly recommend Amanda for all family matters without any hesitation.

Gave incorrect info various times and fob you off and don't respond to calls and emails. Do not use if your looking for an efficient House purchase or Remortgage process.

A very bad and painful experience this time with the firm.  They have got paid and still awaiting for my completion paper work which I have been chasing for the past two month. I am now in 4 month  in arrear  for my leasehold payment because clarification has not been given to the sellers' solicitors. I have even spoken with the so called area managers and director who promised this will be chased up, but i have had no response to date. I have used Russell and Russell for other purchases and sale in the past,  but this has been a complete rip off! No one liked i complained even during the process. I am in the process of taking further actions now as I am getting no where with them and have alot of outstanding payment which will  mount up on my monthly basis.
