Waiting time is ridiculous. Got an appointment on a day but after half hour wait with a small child running around and a back and neck pain I decided to ask what time I will be seen to as I couldn't cope anymore. I was told I still have a couple of people before me so I just had to leave the surgery as no way I could of coped with more then 1 hour waiting time stuck in the waiting area with my little girl.
Another appointment offered for in 3 weeks time for a Thursday but because I am working on that day was advised again to call up on a day...not happy

I've been ill and not been able to get an appointment with a doctor. The receptionist told me 11,000 patients and 6 doctors - what can they do. Not sure if it's anything to do with the new people running this surgery but it's not been like this when I've tried to get an appointment in the past. Time to register with a new surgery.
