“We have visited Rush several times in the past, but this visit was for my daughter’s 10th birthday, where she invited a few friends to celebrate with her. We booked the event a few weeks in advance, and prior to the day of the party, I received a call to walk me through the details and answer any questions I had, which was very helpful.nnWe chose the Premium Party Package, which included 60 minutes of jump time with full access and 30 minutes in a private party room. The package also offered slush, pizza options, and party parks. We were allowed to bring our own cake for the occasion.nnThe staff was extremely helpful, warmly welcoming all the children and providing them with their socks and tags for the jump. They also assisted in coordinating the event to ensure everything ran smoothly. The children definitely had an amazing time.
Been here a few times and it's a good place for parties and groups to meet. Good cafe upstairs for parents to sit and watch, with decent menu. Kids always seem to have a great time and need to watch a safety video to ensure they play safely. We booked ahead for a certain slot to guarantee entry but you can turn up and pay.
We booked an after dark party for 11 year old party at Rush Birmingham. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! The party host Gracie who I would highly recommend really made the party!! I’ve always found the staff here very professional and friendly and they were again.nThe kids had a fantastic time from start to finish. Credit to Gracie and Rush! Big thank you and would recommend!!
Great birthday party experience for my son and friends. Our party host Lilly was very friendly, helpful and attentive and made sure we had a great party. Lilly definitely deserves a pay rise. Thanks to the friendly team for all you do.
The New Year’s Day family takeover was a great way for my 3 year old to blow off some steam. We both had a lot of fun. Staff were all lovely, friendly and professional. We will definitely be back!
