They are very friendly and welcoming. I had a haircut with one of the stylists and I was quite happy with the result. I'll definitely go back.

Booked online for 945 quoted with the Half price new client discount for 105. Received a call that they could only do 9. Came at 9, they said the stylist assigned could not do what I wanted so had to come back at 130. Asked about new client discount, got told sorry we don't do it in December. Finally they agreed to honour it but spoken to like a child "just for future reference we don't do deals in December" like I'm going to get my hair done again this month ?!? Girl quoted me 125£ for when I returned at 1:30pm. Anyway, came back at 130, offered SmartBond for 35£ "oh but today we'll do it for you for 25£!" Look at the price list, it's listed at 25£!!! Everything I wanted done I had to enquire about like as if I'm the stylist. When I asked do you recommend I have my roots done... You know because it's their job to advise you, was told "you're only booked in for foils". Anyway, hair done, not to bad but not much difference to what I had before. Told "you'll see the different when you're in the sun". Go to register to pay and she says "140£". Apparently they used the more expensive toner without telling me. So my promised quote had gone from 125 to 140n By this stage was way to tired and needed to go so excepted defeat. Paid cash and went to pay rest card and she tries to charge me 100£ more as an accident! After all of this, no word of apology from anyone. Nightmare of a day, more stressed than anything. Do not recommend at all.

I always have my hair done by Lurine, she is so lovely and professional, and most importantly my hair always looks great!

Welcoming salon, attentive service. Had my hair cut by Freya. I was nervous because I was asking for a short bob cut after having it hacked at by another hairdressers in the area. Freya listened carefully to what I was asking, reassured me and spent time carefully shaping my cut to what I wanted. I was so pleased with the finished cut. It was exactly what I imagined in my head. I haven't stopped receiving compliments! Booked in again for June. Thank you Rush.
