Love the service at this salon! Caz always does a great job with my hair. I used to try different salons all the time but this is the first one I’ve stuck with. Very happy to be a regular customer with Caz and always enjoy coming in to see the friendly team. Highly recommended!
Had my hair cut by Chelsea today. I had a cut, toner and style done, she was very friendly to talk to and were no awkward silences. She recommended things without being pushy and my hair is very soft and looks lovely. She was very informative when talking about different types of toners and directed me to the most appropriate one for my needs. I was offered hot drinks/cold drinks by the ladies who worked there and Chelsea took my coat for me and put it in a cloak room. Julie set up my payment for the day and she was very bubbly! She booked me in for my next appointment and explained to me how the Rush point system works. This is my 3rd time at this Rush salon and would definitely recommend. Cannot recommend Sean enough. From start to finish, he was so invested in getting the perfect colour. He thoroughly discussed everything with me, every detail, although I had reference pictures and told him I don’t mind if it’s not exactly the same as the pics, but he was so determined to colour my hair in the best way possible. I was surprised to get a call one day before, asking me to come 30 mins early just in case, and so I did, and those extra thirty mins were needed, they didn’t have to do that. I’ve visited various Rush salons, all are good, but Sean is by far the best, so I’ll always be coming to Staines.
I have had Chelsea styling my hair at Rush for a good 5 years. And she has been amazing. Best place I have been to and I don't plan on going elsewhere. Chelsea does a perfect job at cutting and styling my hair and she is very lovely and personable and has the best suggestions. Also all the staff is warm and welcoming. 5 stars from me.
I have been coming to Rush, Staines for the past 2 years, and have never had a bad experience! I was apprehensive about going somewhere new, as I’d been going to my old hairdresser for over 10 years. At my first visit, Fran made me feel comfortable and explained everything she was going to do. Every visit since, has been great, Julie is always so welcoming and friendly! As customers we’re not taken for granted, and I would recommend Rush, Staines to everyone.
I've had my hair cut by Tanya for a couple of years now. She is lovely and talented, and always makes my hair look beautiful and shiny. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I'm always greeted with a warm smile at reception from Julie.
I’ve had my hair done with Fran a couple of times now and she gets the perfect results. I have bright pink hair and it’s nice to go in width faded locks and come out with bright raspberry coloured hair. She gets my confidence sky high. I like to stick with the same stylist that knows my hair and Fran definitely does
Fran has been cutting, coloring, and styling my hair for a few years now, and I won't go to any one else. She is honestly remarkable. For someone that is nervous about getting their hair cut, I always feel amazing when leaving, and my hair looks and feels incredibly healthy. Thank you so much Fran!
I have been going to Fran at Rush in Staines for years and always have the best experience. It took me a long time to be comfortable with going back to a salon after a bad experience when I was younger, but Fran always makes me feel at ease and talks me through everything so that we can reach the end goal. I often go for some more out there styles which she seems to enjoy doing. 5 stars always for Fran and Rush!
