Decent haircut but you do need to know exactly what you want and how to articulate that. I've never had to advocate so much to get the style I came in wanting to a hair stylist. If you aren't comfortable standing up for yourself in this environment this isn't the hairdresser for you. Not a place to go if you're paying for local parking or have plans as they are notoriously late and my 11 o clock haircut didn't get out until after 1. Lovely staff and i do like my haircut but these things are worth knowing before going.
I’ve visited Southampton Rush Salon on two occasions and I can’t praise the salon and staff enough for their high customer service, warm welcome and professionalism throughout my visits. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has help make the experience an enjoyable one from Lee on the reception desk to the stylists that have worked their magic on me. It’s a real treat to have my hair done and I appreciate the attention to detail to my hair and overall experience, I look forward to my next pamper treatment with this wonderful team. I can’t recommend Rush Salon enough.
Really unhappy with my hair , not the colour I asked for at all and the worst part was the styling after . For £189 I shouldn’t have had to put it up and rush home to style it especially after a 4 hour stay … will not be returning!!ServicesHair coloring
I recently visited Rush Hair in Southampton and had an outstanding experience. The Manager, Lee, exemplified professionalism and ensured that I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Martinique, one of the staff members, displayed exceptional skill and creativity, leaving me delighted with the results. It's disheartening to see unjust negative reviews tarnishing the reputation of this salon. As an impartial customer, I urge fellow reviewers to consider the exemplary service provided by individuals like Lee and his staff members, rather than being swayed by unwarranted negativity. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch hair care services. The plethora of very recent negative reviews is obviously a ploy to try and cancel / tarnish a business for no good reason. Possibly says more about the reviewers than the salon itself...
My hair stylist Michael really understood what I wanted and perfected it! I absolutely love my new haircut and would Definitely go back. He is amazing.
Can't recommend this place enough. Josh in particular always goes above and beyond, genuinely nice guy and a pleasure to talk to. Have been coming to Rush for almost a year now after moving to Southampton and should have given multiple glowing reviews every time. Thank you Josh and team!
Josh did a fantastic job today colouring and blow drying my hair, I’m very happy with my hair great balayage very friendly and fantastic service. Cant fault him one bit. Keep up the great work I will definitely be having my hair done by him again
After my last experience at a hair dressers this year left me feeling very dejected I booked in to have a t section highlights here. My stylist was amazing, all the staff were warm and welcoming and I left feeling so much better than when I left the other popular salon in Southampton earlier in the year. 10000x better experience- thank you so much!
Marlena coloured my hair, and Josh cut it. Both were professional and friendly. I love the colour and the cut. Marlena was very particular about getting the colour that I wanted, and Josh suggested a change with my cut that is amazing! I whole heartedly recommend Rush Southampton!
