I am 7 months pregnant. I arrive at the desk but the receptionist is on a call so I wait. Later another customer arrives to pay . I’m asked to wait while the receptionist takes the payment first as I’m only there to cancel an appointment. What happened to first come first serve. I usually would not mind but standing is difficult for me. This is truly poor service.

Bradley has given me the best cut and blow dry ever!!! So friendly and a such a fantastic hairdresser. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! He is amazing!!! X

Overcharged my partner by £73 on purpose. This salon is extremely deceptive. They didn't give her an itemised bill, which was clearly to stop her questioning it. Thankfully she realised that what she paid was ridiculous and checked with head office who saw that she was charged for a half head of highlights when she was given a T section, and was charged £80 for a 5 minute trim. Absolutely ridiculous and no apology or proper explanation given. Avoid at all costs.

I've been coming to Rush in Guildford for 3 or 4 years now, and I've always had a great experience there. When I arrive there's always a warm greeting waiting from Charlotte who makes sure I'm comfortable with drinks and sweets (yes!) before Marie gets to work.

On my most recent visit I had a fairly big change in style but I'm so pleased with the results - as I am every time I visit. I have been a repeat client with Marie for 2 years now and I always love the way my hair looks when I leave the salon. When I'm finished, Charlotte is always on hand to make recommendations if I need to buy any hair product and makes sure I'm booked in for next time.

Both ladies deliver great service with a smile and make it a pleasure to visit - thank you both!

I always have Nicola cut and colour my hair and I have never had a bad experience. She listens to what I want and also offers her own opinion and guidance on colour and looks. You are genuinely made to feel like their only customer. Would definitely recommend.
