I either leave feeling like I've been treated very well, or I feel rather jaded. I've had some wonderful work done on my hair, but some of the hairdressers (as who I'd prefer never seems to be available when I am) don't seem to have much of a clue. 

My last visit left me with quite a sour taste in my mouth - I had booked in advance and when I arrived I was told that the lady who I had been booked in for had left early due to not being well. Not a problem! I wouldn't want anyone working when they're not feeling 100%. No further details were exchanged - instead we went right into talking about what I wanted (a trim and some shape, as I've been growing out my hair). 
When we were finished, I didn't really know what to say. My hair is naturally curly, and they had straightened it while putting the finishing touches together. This ultimately made it difficult to figure out what they'd actually done (it turns out, not much - once I'd showered, my hair looked almost exactly the same) and whether I'd like it. 
The icing on the cake was going to pay only to find out that the hairdresser I'd been reassigned to was in the next price bracket! 

However, the time before this I had gone in and the lady had done exactly what I had asked and made my hair look wonderful. She also gave me some helpful tips on how to keep my curls looking their best!

So, a bit of a mixed bag all in all.

I'm never going back to this hairdresser.  I was on time the first time I went and the hairdresser  was running late with her clients.  She had the cheek to make me feel bad by saying 'sorry about the wait,  but you were early...'
Then the entire time I was there I had my hairdresser try to sell me these all these products that are apparently 'amazing' for my hair - I'm sure they are at over £20 a bottle!!
And she wouldn't stop going on about it either.  It was like a car salesman x10! I felt so uncomfortable and i think I'll spend my money on somewhere else where i'm not pressured into buying lots of expensive products!!! Such a shame as their deals are really good incentive for customers but I was just really disappointed in my hair dresser

My daughter had a full head of highlights today by Lucy! She has long thick hair so quite a challenge. All I can say is wow wow wow!!! Looks amazing would highly recommend her.

Tried to make an online appointment, but it is actually not quiet online - someone phones you back in 5 mins... 40 mins later, still waiting. In the interim, I phoned them directly, and have the call was rung out twice. This is really not a great system.. not impressed.

I went to Rush Dorking after my hair colour was ruined by a 'professional' in Reigate. Lara spent a long time helping me fix it and after my second visit to her today, I can say I wouldn't go anywhere else. My hair looks amazing and everyone in there is lovely and welcoming.
