I hired the hall last week to host a Christmas party for my U13 football team. All the staff were super helpful, the parents and children both loved the evening. It’s a great sized hall and friendly helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.
Hired the clubs hall for a birthday party. Reasonable price to hire with acceptable returnable damage waiver. The manager Cassie was very helpful and we had the buffet offered at seperate price which was very nice and plentiful. A good time was had by all. Would recommend and use again.
Bar has been updated & the function room looked fresher & cleaner could still be modernised more but improvement. First time attending a party with the food supplied by the social club & it was very nice, a little disappointed with the cakes though as shop brought. Staff were good & never a wait for drinks.

Great place, good atmosphere
Older property but pleasant. No disabled toilet or fixed access ramp. Staff were helpful.
First time here last night. Food was amazing! All freshly cooked. Great entertainment and reasonably priced drinks. Nice Friendly family feel. Only one gripe, had a bit of trouble finding it! Better signage a parking a must!
Bowlsclub held a jubilee social there on Friday evening which was very good
A friends birthday party was held here - the lay out is good with two rooms & a bar in the middle. The place is standard sports and social club a bit grotty but nothing a lick of paint wouldn't fix. The reason for two stars is the staff, they were really slow serving at the bar at one point three of them huddled round the till when there were clearly several people waiting for service. A friend of mine needed somewhere to feed her 9 week old baby she walked into the empty bar across from the party to be told she couldn't come in & would have to go to the entrance hall. I asked for a chair for my friend to sit down while feeding the baby which they reluctantly let us have. While we were in the entrance hall two people went into the empty bar & watched the football. Not friendly at all.
