Traveled there from London to try some shoes. Arrived mid day on Thursday in the shop it was me and 6 sale assistants. No one acknowledge my presence in store I went to shoe wall looked at all the shoes then went for the stroll around the shop after few minutes listening to them talking about food and breaks and what they want to order from take away. I wanted to leave and go to other place... Unfortunately I drove here all the way from London. So I went back to shoe wall picked up more shoes but no one bothered... I took one shoe and I went to them and I asked when you are free can I try some. One guy said yes sure. But no one else reacted even he managed first to go to stockroom to me put things away before coming back and asking what I want..... In my opinion not the best way to serve customers especially if you are not busy.

Staff were very helpful. Good choice of running shoes. Ability to try shoes by running around store or on treadmill is very good.
