Absoloutely awful! The virgin trains staff here should be sacked if i could give a 0 i would. I had a first class ticket from liverpool to runcorn and according to the terms and conditions you are allowed 1 hour in the first class lounge after your journey but they denied is access to the lounge we tried to argue but they ended up shouting. The staff were very rude and cocky i recommend you stay clear of this station unless necessary
I would like to say a huge thank you for catching my little dog Eddie who panicked and struggled out of his harness and off the train onto the safe arms of the station masters wife. They telephoned me on way to London in a traumatised state and held Eddie safely until I got there on the train back from Crewe. Thank you so much from Jane and Eddie
