It's a nice place where kids enjoy themselves. I liked this place because there is no time restriction. Parents can sit and talk while kids are playing in the soft play section. They have a counter where you can find some snacks and coffee. It's not a brand new place but there is enough space. They also have good free parking as well
First time coming today,nnCharged £16 for 2 kids 6&3 on a weekend, which is very reasonable.nnFood and drink prices is where they get you though. But the food was nice and some of the portions I saw looked liked decent sizes.nnThe play area itself. Great size and over 2 levels. But could do with some TLC. If some of the things got recovered or replaced if would be the best play centre I have brought my children to.nnMaybe some air fresheners down at the far end of the play centre
Excellent place for kids. clean helpful staff . coffee and tea good. food looks good that we've seen. staff always sweeping and cleaning tables. very impressed and £8 for as long as you want. I don't know where the 1 star review came from but definitely not this venue, I read it and it must be a different place she went to. Margarita pizza is excellent proper base just like a take away
Quite disappointed that a soft play area you would think is designed for the age of my child age 3 was overrun with kids just too old to be there and their parents absolutely nowhere in sight. Older kids jumping on top of toddlers, kicking, pushing, shoving, not stopping to say sorry. This isn’t the fault of the staff really, you’d think the absolute bare minimum in an establishment like this is the parents to be with their own kids to make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience. I’ve given two stars for the patience of the front of house staff.
The play centre from top to bottom is torn apart. Soft play broken kids accessing unsafe areas. Everything is torn apart & covered in duck tape. Went around with my child one and the scent of urine was so strong I had to come out. Place is unhygienic, dirty & is not worth £8 a child! Food came like it had been cooked an hour earlier & reheated & the toilets!! No access to hot water, toilet seats hanging off, nothing to dry hands on after washing with COLD water! Not a very happy mama, this play centre is one big happy accident waiting to happen & the toys they sell upfront aren’t quite going to fix the problems at hand
