First time coming today, Charged £16 for 2 kids 6&3 on a weekend, which is very reasonable. Food and drink prices is where they get you though. But the food was nice and some of the portions I saw looked liked decent sizes. The play area itself. Great size and over 2 levels. But could do with some TLC. If some of the things got recovered or replaced if would be the best play centre I have brought my children to. Maybe some air fresheners down at the far end of the play centre
It's a nice place where kids enjoy themselves. I liked this place because there is no time restriction. Parents can sit and talk while kids are playing in the soft play section. They have a counter where you can find some snacks and coffee. It's not a brand new place but there is enough space. They also have good free parking as well
Excellent place for kids. clean helpful staff . coffee and tea good. food looks good that we've seen. staff always sweeping and cleaning tables. very impressed and £8 for as long as you want. I don't know where the 1 star review came from but definitely not this venue, I read it and it must be a different place she went to. Margarita pizza is excellent proper base just like a take away
I used to sing this places praises but honestly it will forever be called cracky warehouse in my mind now. The baby changing facility is a joke.. it's a kitchen work top with a baby mat and blue roll, no light fixture at all and the bin was not attached.. the burger was tough and burnt and the bun was somehow tougher than the burger. The sausages have made my toddler pass pure liquid but the chips were OK and the side salad was well presented. The facility itself is run down and ripped in most spots as well as covered in hair or food. I saw one kid bring his dad somebody else's litter and considering there was next to nobody there I can't imagine it was from that day, same as the popcorn I found.
Quite disappointed that a soft play area you would think is designed for the age of my child age 3 was overrun with kids just too old to be there and their parents absolutely nowhere in sight. Older kids jumping on top of toddlers, kicking, pushing, shoving, not stopping to say sorry. This isn’t the fault of the staff really, you’d think the absolute bare minimum in an establishment like this is the parents to be with their own kids to make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience. I’ve given two stars for the patience of the front of house staff.
Have visited this play centre many times with our Grandson and always enjoyed it. Although they have recently increased their prices, it is still reasonable compared to others in Manchester, You can stay as long as you like and they don't charge for adults which is a bonus. Staff are hard working, constantly cleaning around the tables. Its hard to keep a place like this spotless, especially when adults allow their children to throw food on the floor, take food into the play areas and generally don't observe requests not to do this or to remove their rubbish. Cant comment on the food as haven't eaten there We have always found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming.
Lovely massive soft play! Was very clean and the staff were great! Some of the soft play had obvious signs of wear and tear but the kids don't mind as long as it's functional!, me and my 19 month old daughter had a blast! And the latte was really tasty!
This place has been open and running for as long as I can remember. There is plenty of wear and tear on the place that needs a revamp. Loved the no time restriction on time play, however this has a negative affect with the amount of children playing in the area running around accident waiting to happen and adults in the seating area, some standing waiting for a seat. You can walk in and write down the name of the child that you have with you but there is no checking to ensure that the correct child is leaving with the right adult which is a big issue for child safety. The toilets are in desperate need of upgrading. The pricing of food is also ridiculous! I did also see a male staff member touching food with his hands after also handling other things and not washing his hands, then wiping the grease and icing off on the counter. The two women who were clearing the seating area of used cups and plates and sweeping the area were always busy.
The play centre from top to bottom is torn apart. Soft play broken kids accessing unsafe areas. Everything is torn apart & covered in duck tape. Went around with my child one and the scent of urine was so strong I had to come out. Place is unhygienic, dirty & is not worth £8 a child! Food came like it had been cooked an hour earlier & reheated & the toilets!! No access to hot water, toilet seats hanging off, nothing to dry hands on after washing with COLD water! Not a very happy mama, this play centre is one big happy accident waiting to happen & the toys they sell upfront aren’t quite going to fix the problems at hand
My.kids love coming here because its a stay as long as you like place ,we always have lunch here when we come and I can't fault the food, for a change today we ordered the kids lunch bags and they are the best we have ordered anywhere , proper cheese on decent bread instead of plastic cheese, a drink ,a yogurt tube ,crisps and a piece of fruit. I can also recommend their pizzas, not the cheap frozen ones you get at other play centres, and the one big plus for me is they don't charge for adults , we spend enough money buying food and drinks so it's great that they appreciate this , I would definitely recommend this place ,OK its not brand new and probably needs a refurbishment but we still keep coming back..give it a try
