Worst food I've ever had delivered, standards dropped so much the Doner meat in my burger was cheap fake Doner and burned to a crisp and chewy, the bacon was the worst indescribable, the chicken wrap had so little meat and looked yellow the £2 battered Mars bars was a tiny funsize one and the batter wasn't fresh smells like fish, ridiculous, so totally disgusted and disappointed £23 wasted.
Great fish and chips, good price, can pay by contactless, Covid safe premises with very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend them!
Delivery was not only quick but their food is brilliant, the chicken wings are insane. I love chicken wings and when I usually order spicy ones they’re not really spicy at all and these have a kick that you feel for a good while and cooked to a beautiful golden brown. Heavenly.
Very disappointed brought sausage and chips for my grandchildren last night And a pukka pie… I think they had been laying there since lunch time, the chips were Dry and definitely not cooked fresh…. Not good at all.

Last time I had food from here it was luke warm and I saw the guy microwave my pie and peas which were just left on the side before. Not the cleanest place either. I will definitely not be ordering from them again
The food here is great and you can it in or have takeaway. The portions are really big, struggled to finish it all and they also have smaller portions for children. There is free parking across the road, however during busy times might struggle to find a spot. Fairly priced and staff here is very friendly
Rumbles is my favorite fish and chip shop in Thetford. Extremely friendly service and splendid, tasty food. They mostly take the skin off their cod, which is a real bonus, and their batter and chips are universally excellent. Recommended.
First time ordering from here and was excited to try it. We got a call making us aware they didn’t have one of the two drinks we ordered so they replaced it with something which we said was fine over the phone but when the delivery driver arrived he made us choose one of the two and took the other one which confused us but whatever. The veggy burger was good. Spicy chips were just normally chips. But the most disappointing part was we ordered a battered Mars bar and a battered snickers bar which I really wanted to try. The Mars bar batter had a strong fish smell as though they used the same batter for this and fish and we didn’t receive a snickers bar but a battered sausage instead, we are vegetarian. Lucky we broke it in half before taking a bite out of it.
Had a takeaway Med Cod - gave me a large, Med Rock Eel, and a burger all for a tener. The amazing thing was, there were only about 4 drops of oil in the end. Delicious and the healthiest takeaway I've ever seen. Fish & chips house of choice from now on! Bravo
