Lovely woodland area. 20 minute walk from the hospital, so handy for those waiting on people to have an appointment. Easy to walk pathways.
Lovely place for a quiet dog walk if you're there early, we go if its raining badly as the tree cover gives a fair bit of shelter. its easy walking, nice woodland floor of fallen needles and leaves, some paths which are well maintained. It's busy at weekends after 11am. Old quarry areas within the woodland make the walk interesting, although its small, we never seem to find the same bit twice!
Accessible, easy woodland walk. Quite small but pretty! Parking is free, no toilets.
Ideal place to take dogs for a walk
Nice littke woodland patch that feels a lot bigger than it looks on Gmaps. Loads of interconnecting paths and a shallow quarry that is a good bushcraft amd camping spotz complete with home made fire pit. Some paths are pram friendly, others not so much. Parking available down the side road.

Small woods but nice walk and clean. Spent about 1 hour here which was enough. No cafe or toilets
Small Wood full of character and bird song. Great for a 1 hour stroll or for getting kids to burn off energy.
