Tried to do a UPS return, following the instructions given “Please print 3 copies of the commercial invoice… and hand it over to the UPS staff”. They refused to accept the package because the invoices weren’t attached, and when I asked if they had any means of attaching it I was just laughed at by two members of staff. Makes you wonder why they offer the UPS service if they don’t want the custom? Actively obstructive and unhelpful service.
Last week the owners were so helpful and kind. They went out of their way to help me out. Thankyou. Today though, there was a very rude, grumpy and arrogant man serving. Old man. He accused my son who has Autism of stealing something he had just paid for. Which really upset him.Then tried to suggest that I was trying to steal a cup of coffee, which I was waiting to pay for, . When I called him out he said "I can't relax until there's no customers in the shop I want to read my paper" Its a real shame that he is so distasteful in his manner considering how lovely the owners are. Really let's the place down. Unfortunately I won't be shopping in there if he is serving.
Don't have your parcels delivered here! Had a parcel directed to here. They refused to accept it. They did not tell me this when I went in. They just said they had not received it. It took a lot of my time and emails to figure out what happened. Why accept parcels when you don't want to? Liars!
Old white bloke seemed irritated by me. Maybe he was just having a bad day but he made me feel like an inconvenience. I only wanted my parcels…I’ll look for other places to go instead.
I would give 0 star if there was an option! The chap at the till was Rude, arrogant, lacking Basic manners. How is he employed/ running the place is beyond me!
Had a rough time at the place over the past 2 months whilst working as a paper round. Then lost my job overall as I was starting college even though I have the weekends free
A newly refurbished shop and very friendly customer service
Awful rude people running this shop , I can not describe how unnecessary they are. With options in abundance I choose anywhere else. Customer Service with a smile forget it .
Disgraceful attitude, they advertise themselves as a yodel drop off point, only to refuse to take 2x parcels due to not having space to store .. total inconvenience to me having to look somewhere far away to take them to.
Been shopping here for years and the new team are just as lovely as the old guard!
