Visited on a recommendation from the trades they all know best. Absolutely outstanding cafe. Great menu which is popular with tourist visitors and regulars alike. Put it at the top of your list if you visit Felixstowe.
One of the best breakfasts in Felixstowe, the homemade hash browns are amazing! Nice quality ingredients at a reasonable price. The back room has nice views over the seafront. Why not have a good breakfast then a bracing walk along the seafront....
The food was very good. I had a beautiful macaroni cheese. One of the best I have ever had. My sister had a steak pie and veg, she said it was delicious. I will definitely go back again and I recommend Ruby's kitchen for a wonderful meal.Food: 5/5

We had a baked potato lunch here today. Really generous portion with a tasty side salad . Fresh and clean everywhere. Staff are super friendly and polite. Reasonable prices for food and drinks too. Lovely sea views into the bargain. Deffo be back !!
Just had a wonderful family lunch! The food was great and the staff were lovely, friendly, accommodating and welcoming. I have been to Ruby's numerous times but it was a first visit for some of the family. They were all impressed and say they will definitely be coming back. We got sandwiches to take away and eat on the sea front and they were delicious, boxed up with crisps and salad. Bacon and egg sandwich was declared "best ever"! Very friendly and accommodating staff.Food: 5/5
Popped in for the first time today for a couple takeaway sandwiches Rubys Breakfast Sandwich and it was incredible. What a belly buster! Whilst there, the atmosphere was so cosy and family oriented, very very clean! You can see many people keep going back & the staff know the regular orders as they were prepped before people even sat down! That is above and beyond service. The homemade cakes and scones on display looked so delicious that I’ll be going back for a slice very soon. Considering I popped in at 9.30, I was surprised at the short wait, considering the quality of this establishment and the amazing food the queue should be down to the sea front. Can’t wait to visit for one of those amazing sounding coffees and a slice of homemade cake. I fully recommend!
We stumbled on this cafe today and boy are we glad we did!! Absolutely delicious homecooked hot food and a beautiful selection of cakes. A small cafe but surprisingly generous amount of indoor seating, with some outdoor seating and takeaway available. Vegetarian options: Nut roast and vegan Wellington available today on the Sunday lunch menu.
