Waiting an hour and an half for food is a joke and then trying to get through to cancel was impossible. Won't be ordering from here again!

Ordered for collection, was told it would be ready in 15 mins. I arrived 20 minutes later to be told there were no pancakes with the duck and that the rest of my food wasn't ready. A phonecall would have been appreciated to avoid me wasting my time.
