I recently lost my cat and had a big gap in my life. Decided to adopt a cat rather than get a kitten. I found a great cat here, and Amy and Callum made the process of bringing him home easy. Thank you very much :
Didn't respond to a phone call. Unavailable! Only work a few hours daily. Should be 24/7.
Called for some help for 2 starving dogs and still awaiting for someone to call me back 5 days later. About as much use as a chocolate tea pot!!
Lovely people doing a wonderful job
Took my dog to the RSPCA van today wonderful staff friendly and very helpful the vet that attended to my dog was like a modern day Dr dolittle an Jan was amazing thank you so much
We have had a dog from here previously and the staff are fantastic. Will 100% get another pet from here
We are delighted to be able to recommend this place after a few visits. We were able to rehome a beautiful Lurcher called Jethro. Great facilities and helpful staff, we wouldn't hesitate to visit again when the opportunity arises. Thanks :-
I don't actually know any other RSPCA centres to compare this one with, but I have to say that I was impressed with this one. We were there to rehome a cat and we could not have been better looked after. We were given all possible information about all the cats before we found the one we selected and all questions were answered by staff who were knowledgeable and very helpful. Many animals that are in the centre have arrived in very poor condition and are looked after unril they are fit to be rehomed. There is a vet on the premises. Their web site is good, giving details of animals in need of a home. The home visitor who called to check the suitability of our house was very pleasant. Their shop stocks a wide range of pet requirements, although they understandably concentrate on RSPCA products. Probably the only negative thing is the state of the lane leading to the centre and the number of potholes! A very good centre
The staff are amazing, the animals well looked after and everyone does a great job. Highly recommended
I would have probably died and my dogs starve to death if they hadn't been there for us..Thankyou RSPCA and thankyou to all the beautiful people i've had the great fortune of meeting. Love you Wales 6
