Updated on Situation- Issues have since been resolved. The manager obviously cares about her staff which is nice to see. I now have a lovely pair of trousers that I like. No ill will. Old Review- Useless. No communication between staff. Was told I could get a refund for an item as I didn’t know if would fit to then be told the complete opposite. No manager until Saturday. Non of this was explain during purchase. Not happy.
Useless. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails/voicemails. I've been trying to 2 weeks. Don't waste your time.
