Love the shop but yesterday 11/6/18 i was disgusted at the womans comment behind the counter. In short comment was "no tickets on things today, everything £1, no returns, but then why would anybody bother to bring anything back for a measly pound, i mean you just wouldn't would you, " obviously this woman has never struggled! She shut up when i told her we had to live off 11p tins of rice pudding 19 years ago!
You don’t expect to see things that are in perfect condition, that you’ve donated, in the large bins less than 2 hours after you’ve dropped them off…I wish I’d given them to one of the other charity shops in pudsey.
The assistant needs to learn respect and better manners when dealing with customers,especially one who donates to the charity by direct debit.
