When my laptop stopped working, I panicked. My backing-up was overdue and it looked like I had lost some crucial documents. Called Rsbcs. Jason said he could pop past and have a look THAT DAY. Called from 10 minutes away (always handy), arrived ON TIME (no, really) and ran diagnostics efficiently and cheerily. So it turns out my hard-drive had a physical fault, which meant taking it back to the office to run the disk once to see if he could get my documents back. Made it abundantly clear that I am not made of money and he needed to keep the work as cheap as he could, but I didnt really need to say anything, as he works like that anyway. Unbelievably, hes not after your money, he just wants to sort your problem out. Very unusual. The next morning, Jason called from the office to say that he did retrieve my lost work and could put a new hard-drive in for a little less than he had originally quoted. This guy is good! He did just that, then said he could return it THE NEXT DAY, which he did, on time, with a smile and a helping hand to set me back up. Really excellent service, Im so glad I chanced on Rsbcs and they come very highly recommended. I should probably point out that I am in no way affliated with these guys, this is just a glowing review because they deserve it!!
