Only place in Nottingham I could find that stocked tools I needed to get the boiler up and running over Christmas. Knowledgeable staff who showed me their click and collect option which is great. Would happily recommend and will be using the click and collect again.
Helpful staff. Chap on counter helped me to locate the fuses I needed, unlike a couple of the wholesalers I visited in the area. Created me an account and ordered me more to be delivered next day free of charge. Can't beat that!
Fair quality and pricing, but very sad for the delivery service they use. Parcel Force is terrible and makes ordering from RS a pain.
Some pretty good Raspberry Pi stuff in there. Two helpful staff were able to assist me find the camera modules that I was looking for. Couple of accessories weren't available but one of the staff ordered for me to pick up the next morning. Great service, would recommend.
Called for assistance not knowing what I needed exactly, wouldn't help.
Customer service? What's that? I had to ask for the supervisor as the trade counter bloke was so rude.
asked if they had any 555 timers and met with "what's that?" then uninterested in helping me after that. Terrible attitude towards customers plus no knowledge of basic parts...avoid
Trade counter great 5*, mail order from Corby not so 1*. Oh and don't ring customer services unless you take out a mortgage to cover the cost!
