Mazda has exceptional customer service. They have been very helpful in helping me choose a decent car. Andrew Watson has made the whole experience of choosing our MG HS an easy and enjoyable process. His knowledge of the product, and his customer service is second to none. Three just because it used to be 5, in the last year there has been a visible and consistent decline in the quality of the support, I reckon this is the last time I bring my car here. - no punctual updates about the state of the service - minimal support when a problem which need fixing was caused by them after an emergency recall from Mazda itself - little to no capacity to meet customers' needs from the personnel at the phone To be avoided unless it is literally the closest to where you live
I found it was an excellent customer service in Mazda Stockport. I recently bought a Mazda 2 from RRG Stockport and I can honestly say that it was an easy, stress-free process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The salesperson, Abul Hussain, not only exceptionally professional but also extremely friendly and particularly helpful with my first car buying experience! He made me feel at ease immediately.He went through every detail thoroughly and offer a test drive on the wanted car. He also did not push me for any extras even though he had to go through it all.
Very pleased with the service I had at RGG Mazda Stockport. From the outset Phil was professional and knowledgeable about every detail of the car I bought. The whole process was comfortable and stress free. I was given a good price for my trade in car and a fair price for the new vehicle. Phil went out of his way to answer all my questions, to explain how all the features on the car worked and to make sure that all my requirements were met.This was the first car I have bought from RGG and I would be very happy to use them again and recommended them to friends and family. I had a test drive with John today from Mazda Stockport. Very good professional customer service from start to finish. If you are thinking about buying a Mazda then ask for John at the Stockport branch who will provide a decent service for customers.
Great service and overall experience. John Barry helped at every stage of the process, was never pushy and gave honest advice. Would highly recommend the dealership and the car.
