The set menu is highly recommended. There’s a lot of choices and the is high quality. Staff are friendly and dining in is a wonderful experience although they do have takeaway too which is just as nice. I can honestly say I’ve not yet tried anything I didn’t like!
Popped in here for a relaxing late lunch with family. Great service from staff and great tasting food. Those who like a spicy salt and pepper would love the heat of the chillies. Pandan Chicken starter was very nice juicy chicken in aromatic spices deep fried. BBQ was very strong in flavour, the Dry Special Fried Rice had a very good wok flavour and big chunk and meat Finished the meal off with a coffee, wasn't the standard coffee you normally. Highly recommend the Pandan Chicken, special fried rice and the mixed starters 2/4/23 Quick update Highly recommend Sambal Char Siu Fried Rice. It is the best ! We ordered the Chinese as a takeaway, we ordered a portion of salt and pepper chicken which cost £7.80 and we got a quarter of a box! Was only around 10 pieces of chicken, Not worth the money.
Lovely food. Had the Lunch set menu, plenty of choices all served piping hot.
Halloween dinner sushi, very delicious. Probably the best in the area. Definitely recommended!
This used to be our favorite Chinese before lockdown and then we were sorely disappointed when we went back. However after trying it again now it is under new management, it is back on top as our favorite!! I'm a real fuss pot when it comes to chicken/meat but both meals were absolutely beautiful. Perfect size portions and beautiful tasting. The young waitress was attentive and made sure that we were enjoying the food. Just a really enjoyable meal. We will definitely be regulars!!
When we walked into the restaurant it would have been nice to have been acknowledged by the staff, but we weren't. So we waited, in full sight of two staff, who continued to ignore us, for about 5 minutes, and all the while a group of children ran screaming throughout the restaurant and reception area. Eventually, my husband had had enough, so he walked around to the restaurant area to ask for a table when he was rudely told to go back to reception and take a seat. An incredibly bored-looking waitress arrived with menus but no eye contact asking what we wanted to drink. After such a 'warm' and 'valued' welcome I wanted plenty to drink, but we decided leave and take our business elsewhere instead. That turned out to be a good decision.
Lovely food - it's my favourite takeaway. Great for vegans. Their mock meats are the best around IMO. I also asked a huge favour of the owner one time to help my wife who was recovering from an operation. He let me place an order a day in advance and delivered out of area, going way above and beyond to ensure it happened, such as coming in early, and even giving extra food as a thoughtful gift to help out. So not only is their food the best around, but they're also awesome people. Support this business! : Vegetarian options: Vegan, mock meats
What a welcoming place , everyone was lovely, couldn't do enough for our party of 8. The food was excellent and plenty of it too, we didn't feel rushed. Would definitely recommend it, especially for family/friends get together. Sarah our waitress treated us as though we went every week, yet this was our first time in years, and won't be the last. Ordered takeaway from here bank holiday Monday. Excellent service came early nice and warm. We had 7 different dishes and each one went down well. Definitely would order again from here.Food: 5/5
