The interior design, the spaciousness of the apartments and the top-notch facilities are all part of what makes this place special, but the real highlight is the team. Our incredible concierge team, particularly Aleks and Lucian, have been absolute rockstars! Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond have made a significant difference in our daily lives. From routine to urgent requests, they've been efficient and always smiling. I’ve been living in this flat for four years now, and I’ve just started my fifth, which really says a lot about how happy I am here.nnEmilia has been incredibly helpful throughout the tenancy, and especially during the recent renewal. She handled everything with professionalism and genuine care, making the whole process smooth and straightforward. It’s always a pleasure dealing with her, she’s friendly, efficient, and really takes the time to make sure everything is in order.nnThe building itself is also very well managed, the communal areas are always clean, maintenance issues are dealt with promptly, and there’s a real sense that the property is looked after properly.nnI’ve had a consistently positive experience over the years, and it’s been reassuring to know I’m in good hands. Would highly recommend Emilia and the team, truly excellent service.nnHappy to be staying on for another year!
