Definitely on top of my list! Must play here! The course is extremely fun to play. They are all great holes. The view on every hole is breathtaking. Highly recommended!
Probably the best links in Ireland. Gary our caddy was amazing, highly recommend him. Condition was a sight to behold, no surprise it’s an Open venue. 10/10 can’t wait to go back!!
Tbh I didn't go to golf club but went to get the view that it has to offer. Best sea view you can find in portstewart.
class. top five courses in Ireland. Got it on a mild sunny day and still found it a magnificent test. Having said all that I played with a member would not pay the full rate
Famous for The Open, the course does not disappoint. Amon my caddie was terrific. I did feel like an intruder at the clubhouse, and for a venue like this would have expected more friendly staff. Not that there are not a lot of staff members, there are plenty for the tiny pro shop. Other clubs have felt more inviting, consider playing a few miles away at Portstewart’s championship course.
WoweeeeeeeeeeeThe Pro shop Unreal, The Staff So polite and Welcoming, The Starter was a Legend, And The Course A Must Play !! The Course has Everything/: Greens Sooooo True, It’s Just Such a Special piece off land
My husband a PGA professional played round the valley on Sunday while I walked with hin and it was just lovely. The man in the starter hut was chatting away about the open being on and as it was quiet said to fire on ahead when we were ready. The course was in great shape and the place was so quiet which made for a lovely Sunday after.
Booked valley course on Thursday night past for a four ball arrived early one of our 4 ball is disabled with appropriate document we informed that he would be using a buggy which didn’t seem to be a problem. But when man and buggy turned up there all of a sudden seemed to be a problem. The starter guy went over to buggy and said that buggy has seen bit of use! He then said will have to make phone call to check! This jobsworth came out from hut shaking head saying sorry can’t allow buggy out! He seemed to be making excuses as to why he didn’t allow buggy! We were shocked as we never had this problem in past. We’ve played valley numerous times in past but will never play it again!! Totally disgusted!! So if your disabled please make sure your buggy is as new! Is this now the posh future of golf clubs??
Played the Valley course with its 3 new holes.Course in fabulous condition and new 18th tee box has stunning views out to sea and across to town of Portrush. Warm welcome from all at the club...this course should be on anyone's bucket list
What a fantastic golf course. I have never seen it in such good condition. The greens were so fast and true . Yes it's very tough when playing into the wind but every one who loves golf should experience this local gem
