Whilst we went in October just after a storm and the greens having being worked on you could tell this would be a great course to play in the summer. Will hopefully return earlier in the year next time.

Went to a wedding here in the summer...the place is absolutely stunning from the old building to around the grounds even seen some deer walking by.nIdea place if your looking for somewhere to tie the knot, and lovely friendly staff.

What a beautiful course.. I got a Tee time for 1 Saturday and joined on the Monday.. I have now played 20 rounds and have no complaints..just all thumb's up

Very nice course.  Some really challenging holes. For those who like history it's over 250 years old. Good shop and Clubhouse.

I went on the website to book a tee time and was quoted £70. However I managed to find a time on golfnow for £23. The course itself is set in parkland amongst trees. It is not a long course which suits me and is very forgiving. The inward 9 however, is quite tricky, with doglegs and rolling fairways. Overall a lovely course to play. I didn't use the facilities so can't comment on those. Recommended but only at the right price.
