Unfortunately this is the only post office in the area I live in that is left !! So I either go here or drive to the next town up . Guess what I go to the next town . Why? I am a wheelchair user and yes I can get in the door (just) The floor inside is flat and level but impossible to negotiate in a chair . I appreciate that it’s small but I couldn’t get round the barriers without demolishing something so I had to sit in the middle of the floor and try one of the other bays There were several display stands and stock shelves to negotiate too . Eventually I was served and the public were helpful in moving so I could reverse and turn to get back out . On the right side is another counter for general sales but I couldn’t get to it safely. As it’s the only PO in the area it gets busy and I get others to go if it’s simple . I don’t like negative reviews but I don’t have a choice . When I was there it was busy not a lot of staff but someone did help me to get back out. The entrance/exit is a hardened glass door but can be difficult to open as it’s not automatic . There are two disabled parking bays nearby but usually taken Sorry Yeadon but it’s a let down

Needed to post a letter with next day delivery and signed for. Apparently £2.08 doesn't guarantee delivery (!) but paying £6.45 does !! This includes track and trace - which all today I get a message saying 'system failure'. Can't get through on the phone to this post office again for information as to what I am supposed to do next. They take your money and that's it.

Staff aren't very helpful or friendly. Would advise going to a different post office.

Only had three people working was busy and they were very slow. They had different three queing systems going on was very confusing.

Rang up enquiring if they had any jobs available she cut me short and ended the phone. How rude.
