If they weren't obsolete, they are now.
Very good delivery office, used to return an Amazon parcel and the QR code scan was painless. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well lit, remember to bring photo ID with you when picking up a parcel.
Be wary of possible extortionate mobile charges if you ever ring their 0843 number . I rang the post office initially to flag up post box with door hanging off & post exposed. They said not their dept & advise me to contact Royal mail directly . On ringing them few times & no answer I decided to leave a msg. For each attempt I've been billed 55p.
Probably the worst opening hours, of any business I have ever seen. Hire more staff or stop being lazy. Cheapskate management clearly.
Does not deliver when they are supposed to. I have waited in all day for a delivery that by track and trace should be here. They don't deliver on Mondays and rarely on Saturdays
Always good friendly service even at daft o'clock in the morning ;-
I ordered something of royal mail yesterday and hasn't won
