Terrible service can't follow simple instructions left can't and won't give my parcels to my neighbour who is also my mother took half day Friday and they shut at 10am what is the point of a public service that shuts early on a Friday? Better not opening at all or put in a days work you might deserve your pay rise ya greedy hold the country to random dossers
Had a parcel delivered Thursday was at work with no one in usually leave in a safe place but didn't this time Friday was strike action so couldn't pick up then as was closed but notice says on door to collect on the Friday if it was Christmas presents Monday I get as boxing day just tried to collect my parcel today and still closed this is an absolute joke just had to do redeliver and soonish date I could get was the Thursday had the sorting office been open today that wouldn't be an issue and they wonder why they are losing all credibility
Insane opening hours, but the review is because I have now had several occasions when no parcel arrived, no "Missed delivery" slip was put under the door, and I only found out the parcel was sitting in their office when I became suspicious after the parcel was late and managed to get a tracking number, which said "parcel at post office". Oh I nearly forgot, the last time I ACTUALLY DID get a missed delivery slip. they wrote the wrong street name ! So the store guy spent about 20mins trying to find it on the shelves, failed, then came back and I had to give him the correct address. If you thought Hermes was bad...
So angry . Have the post office never heard of little stickers to put on their missed delivery cards to let their customers know that opening times have changed. Can’t pick up during the week because I leave for work 45 minutes before they open and they’re closed when I get home. Went to pick up today only to find they’ve closed an hour and a half early!!!! I realise companies might have to work on restricted time frames at the moment, but at least let your customers know your revised opening times!!!!!
We have a large note on our gate stating that we have a puppy staying and asking that visitors, including postperson, please close the gate. Just watched from bedroom window as postman totally ignored and left gate open. What happened to friendly post people!!?
They attempt to deliver during the day when you are at work. The sorting office is only open during the day when you are at work. You request for a charge that they send it across the road to the post office, so you can collect it after work & there is no package at the post office.
Why bother delivering parcels when you can just stuff an attempted delivery note and run away? Twice now parcels have been expected, we've prominently been in the house and all we get is a note shoved through the letter box without as much as a knock at the door. People are paying for this service!!
Limited time to get your package in the morning. Poor Service. be aware the parcel collection is only open until 10am
Opening times in attached photo taken October 2021, friendly and efficient when open.
Just awful, opening times about 6 hours a week! How am I meant to collect undelivered parcels when I'm at work and they are never open!
