Item posted on 48 hour tracking. Still waiting 5 days later. They had the parcel at alfreton but still not delivered that day. I was unable to collect as it was out for delivery. Still waiting on day 7. Why pay for 48 hour when it takes over a week.

post delivered today December 28th on Hardwick Court Estate, south Normanton being delivered to wrong houses, postman hasn't put letters through the right letter boxes. why be a postman if you cant deliver to the right addresses??????
